Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery

Standard delivery is usually 7 to 10 business days from dispatch. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge at checkout.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 1 to 2 business days to start showing movement. If it has not updated after 5 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.

Delays

Carrier backlogs, weather and public holidays can push a delivery past the usual window. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us and we will resend it or refund it.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was there to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
