30 day money back guarantee. If VELORE is not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
Email cooperblewitt@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please wait for that email before sending anything back, because returns posted to the wrong address cannot be processed or refunded.
What we accept
- Unopened bottles in their original packaging.
- Opened bottles, if the product irritated your skin or did not work for you. We would rather refund you than have you keep something you cannot use.
Refunds
We will email you once your return arrives and let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it to your statement.
Return shipping
You cover return postage, unless the order arrived damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases email us a photo and we will cover it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it in full.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Email us as soon as you can and we will stop it if it has not already gone out.
Non-delivery
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us. We will resend it or refund it.
